Nesting Kestrel in Ratho Quarry

from MCofS website 31st May 2010

"A kestrel is nesting on the route Up the Creek in Ratho Quarry by the small tree just above the twin cracks. Although it has lower protection levels in law than species such as Eagles and Peregrine, it is an offence to purposefully or recklessly interfere with the nest of any bird while it is in use or being built, or prevent any wild bird from using its nest. Climbing this route is therefore likely to be questionably legal while the nest is being used and depending how far away the adjacent routes are and reactions from the birds, going up these may also cause a problem."

Grade?

Do you think that it'll finish the route? Maybe it's a member of the QuickClaws (I already own the copyright for this name!)
