At Home at EICA:Ratho
Submitted by Anonymous on 25 October, 2014 - 23:00We didn't bring a camera to our day at Ratho recently which is a pity because the 16 Quickdraw Climbers and their families made for a busy day in the arena. Our older members, Jodie, Keira and Kirsten were on hand to lead a group warm up and to mentor younger climbers throughout the day. We mixed things up a bit so that people climbed with different partners, some new, some familiar.

Yorkshire Dales Trip
Submitted by Anonymous on 9 August, 2014 - 23:00A great weekend over the border in Yorkshire. Saturday found the club at Robin Proctor's Scar getting stuck in to the limestone. Older climber lead routes and fixed top ropes for the younger climbers to use. Sunday's weather wasn't so kind (OK the rain was torrential at times) so we headed underground to White Scar Caves followed by a quick session at the Kendal Climbing Wall before returning north. Thanks to Dave Brown and Andrea Partridge for the photos
It was Keira's birthday on the Sunday so we had cakes

Quickdraws at The Pleasance
Submitted by Anonymous on 23 February, 2014 - 00:00
Thanks to Allan Moore for these photos of a good turn out of Quickdraws taking the opportunity to visit the climbing wall at University of Edinburgh Centre for Sport and Exercise in preparation for the 3rd round of the 2014 YCS. Some people were very good at hiding from the camera over the course of the day- so apologies for missing them out!
