Quickdraws brave the elements on Ben Vrackie

The weather was unpromising to say the least but a hardy band of Quickdraws showed they were made of stern stuff with a rainy ascent of Ben Vrackie. Pamela and Glen were our coaches. It was Pamela's birthday and we shared not one, but two cakes with her. The Millars brought one that was shared on the summit and the Farmers had another waiting for us in the car park when we returned to the bottom.

Really Scottish weather!

A day Bouldering at Wolf Crag

A group of Quickdraws gathered at Wolf Crag near Bridge of Allan for a day bouldering with Buz and Iain on hand to share their expertise. The club hadn't visited this crag before and had a great day exploring the possibilities.

New Members at Quickdraw "home" meet at Ratho

Our session at Ratho was mentored by Rachel, Calum and Ross (thanks guys) and we welcomed two new members, Lexi and Jamie. Quickdraws were all over the centre: leading on the hanger wall, crushing problems in the summer boulder comp, racing up the speed wall and trying out the new routes outdoors in the quarry.
